- Developed an international freight cost savings project for a leading US microcomputer manufacturer covering all aspects of transportation, from supply chain sourcing and parts warehousing to handling of equipment returned under warranty.
- Re-engineered fleet and transportation operations for a privately-held $2.6 billion Mid-Atlantic meat processor and restaurant supplier, producing $4 million in annual savings, as well as enhanced performance.
- Provided advisory services for a multi-state metals processing company selecting a Third Party Logistics firm to manage transportation and distribution operations. Direct cost savings exceeded $2.5 million, or 10% of their transportation budget.
